Consistent 1-on-1 Support Built Around the Student
Falcon academic plans give students ongoing 1-on-1 support that stays connected to their actual classes, learning gaps, and academic goals.
Each student works with an instructor who gets to know their coursework, how they approach problems, and where they need the most support.
As the course changes, upcoming tests get closer, or new challenges come up, the support can change with them.
Choose the level of support that fits your student now.

monthly adjustment of priorities based on what is happening in the student’s actual class
Instead of waiting until the next tutoring session to discover that something went wrong, the specialist can see the student’s work during the week and catch problems earlier.
More Than One Subject. One Academic Team.
A student’s needs do not always stay inside one course.
They may begin Falcon for Algebra and later need help with Chemistry.
They may be preparing for the SAT while struggling in Pre-Calculus.
Falcon keeps the bigger academic picture in view so support can grow with the student.
Each student has an ongoing academic record that helps us track:
current courses
areas of strength
concepts that still need work
upcoming exams and academic goals
patterns we are seeing across sessions
changes in the level or type of support needed
As Falcon grows, additional subject specialists can be brought into a student’s support team when needed.
The goal is continuity—the student’s progress, history, and learning needs stay with Falcon even when the subject changes.
SAT & ACT Reading Support
Reading sections can be frustrating because a student may understand the passage and still lose points on the questions.
The difference often comes down to how they handle evidence, wording, timing, and answer choices under pressure.
We work on:
recognizing exactly what the question is asking
finding the strongest evidence quickly
separating answers that are supported from answers that only sound reasonable
avoiding overthinking and second-guessing
handling dense passages without losing too much time
improving pacing without sacrificing accuracy
reviewing missed questions to find the patterns behind lost points
How Often
2 private 60-minute sessions each week
$720/month
Includes:
8 one-on-one sessions per month
timed passage practice
review of missed questions
targeted work based on the student’s score patterns
pacing and test-day strategy
ongoing adjustment based on progress and the upcoming SAT or ACT date
The goal is to help students make better decisions faster and stop losing points on questions they were capable of getting right.
SAT & ACT Math
Math scores often stall because a student is missing a small number of skills that keep showing up in different forms across the test.
We look at the questions the student is missing and figure out what is actually causing the lost points.
That may be:
algebra that is not automatic enough
fractions, ratios, percentages, or proportions slowing them down
difficulty recognizing which equation or method to use
geometry or coordinate-plane concepts that never fully stuck
getting lost in multi-step word problems
making avoidable mistakes when working too quickly
spending too much time on one question and having to rush later
Then we work directly on those areas using SAT- and ACT-style problems.
Students practice recognizing what the question is asking, choosing an efficient approach, and solving accurately under realistic time limits.
How Often
2 private 60-minute sessions each week
$720/month
Includes:
8 one-on-one sessions per month
targeted review of missed math questions
work on the specific math skills costing the student points
timed SAT- and ACT-style practice
pacing and problem-solving strategy
ongoing adjustment based on score patterns and the upcoming test date
The goal is to spend less time on math the student already knows and more time on the questions that are actually keeping the score from moving.
MCAT Prep
2 private 60-minute sessions each week · $840/month
The MCAT requires more than remembering Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Biochemistry.
You have to recognize which information matters inside a dense passage, connect it to what you already know, interpret experiments and data, and make those decisions while the clock is running.
Falcon’s MCAT instructor has taken the exam twice himself. After going through the process, changing his approach, and earning a strong score on his second attempt, he understands firsthand how much goes into preparing for this exam—and how different effective preparation can look from simply doing more practice questions.
We look closely at where the student is losing points and build the work around that.
That may include:
Biology and Biochemistry
General and Organic Chemistry
Physics
Psychology and Sociology
CARS
passage-based science questions
graphs, experiments, and research data
choosing the right equation or concept
timing and pacing
patterns in missed questions
Included Each Month
8 private 1-on-1 sessions
60 minutes per session
review of practice scores and missed questions
targeted content review
passage-based practice
CARS support
pacing and test strategy
ongoing adjustment as the test date approaches
We spend the time where the student actually needs it instead of treating every MCAT student as though they need the same preparation.
Limited Scholarship Support
Falcon keeps a small number of reduced-rate spots available for families who need academic support or Test Prep but cannot manage the full monthly rate.
Scholarship availability is limited and based on current capacity.
If cost is the main reason your family may not be able to move forward, please mention that during your strategy call.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do Falcon tutoring plans work?
Falcon works on a monthly plan rather than paying session by session.
Families choose the level of support that fits the student, and a recurring time is reserved on the instructor’s schedule.
Current plans include weekly academic support, twice-weekly intensive support, SAT/ACT preparation, MCAT preparation, and ongoing STEM membership options.
How often does my student meet with their tutor?
That depends on the plan.
Weekly Support includes 4 private 1-on-1 sessions each month.
Intensive Support includes 8 private 1-on-1 sessions each month.
SAT/ACT Prep and MCAT Prep are generally scheduled twice per week while the student is actively preparing for an exam.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
Is tutoring really 1-on-1?
Yes.
Sessions are private and focused on one student at a time.
The instructor can work directly from the student’s course material, assignments, recent tests, score reports, or specific concepts that are causing difficulty.
Will my student have the same tutor each week?
Whenever possible, yes.
Consistency matters because the instructor begins to recognize how the student thinks, which concepts have been difficult before, and what they are currently working on in class.
If another subject or level of expertise becomes necessary, Falcon may bring another specialist into the student’s support team.
What subjects do you tutor?
Falcon supports students from upper elementary through college in areas including:
elementary and middle school math
Algebra 1 and 2
Geometry
Pre-Calculus
Calculus
Linear Algebra
Differential Equations
Biology
Chemistry
Organic Chemistry
Biochemistry
Physics
AP math and science courses
college STEM courses
SAT and ACT preparation
MCAT preparation
If you are unsure whether we support a particular course, you can ask during the strategy call.
Do you help with homework?
Yes, but the goal is not simply to complete the assignment.
Homework can be useful because it lets the instructor see where the student is getting stuck and whether the problem is the current concept or an earlier skill.
During sessions, students work through problems with guidance while still doing the thinking themselves.
Some Falcon membership plans may also include review of 1–2 homework assignments per week outside of tutoring sessions, with feedback on errors and patterns we are seeing.
What does homework review outside of sessions include?
For plans that include between-session review, students may submit up to 1–2 reasonable-length assignments each week.
The specialist reviews the work, identifies mistakes or recurring patterns, and provides feedback that can guide the next session.
Homework review is intended for targeted feedback rather than completion or full tutoring by message. Large packets, lengthy projects, or work that requires extensive instruction may need to be handled during a scheduled session.
Can my student send questions between sessions?
Some membership plans include limited between-session question support.
Students may send a question, assignment, or upcoming test information so the specialist can stay aware of what is happening between meetings.
If a question requires significant teaching or a full problem-solving lesson, we will usually address it during the next session.
Can tutoring follow my student’s school or homeschool curriculum?
Yes.
Falcon can work directly from the student’s current curriculum, syllabus, lecture notes, textbook, assignments, or course materials.
This is especially helpful for homeschool families who want to keep the curriculum they have already chosen but bring in additional support for math or science.
Do you provide your own curriculum?
Falcon does not require every student to follow the same curriculum.
Instruction is based on what the student needs.
Sometimes that means working directly from the student’s current class. Other times we may bring in additional examples or practice when an earlier concept needs more work.
What if my student is struggling because of an older math gap?
That is very common.
A student may be struggling in Algebra because fractions are still shaky, in Calculus because Algebra or Trigonometry never became automatic, or in Physics because they are spending so much effort on the math that the science becomes harder to follow.
We look for those earlier gaps and work on them alongside the current course material.
Do you work with students who are already doing well?
Yes.
Not every Falcon student is failing a class.
Some students want help keeping up with AP or honors coursework, preparing for a difficult exam, strengthening a weak area before it becomes a problem, or preparing for SAT, ACT, MCAT, or college STEM courses.
How does SAT and ACT prep work?
SAT and ACT preparation is individualized around the student’s current scores and the types of questions they are missing.
Support may include:
SAT/ACT Math
Reading and English
ACT Science
pacing
timing
missed-question analysis
content gaps
test-taking decisions
Students spend more time in the areas that are actually costing them points rather than working through the same material as every other student.
How does MCAT preparation work?
MCAT prep is also 1-on-1 and built around the student’s practice scores, test date, and areas of need.
Support can include Biology, Biochemistry, General and Organic Chemistry, Physics, Psychology and Sociology, CARS, passage analysis, data interpretation, pacing, and missed-question review.
Falcon’s MCAT instructor has personally taken the exam twice and earned a strong score on his second attempt, giving him firsthand experience with both the academic content and the preparation process.
Are sessions online?
Yes.
Sessions are conducted live online using interactive tools such as shared digital whiteboards.
Students can work through equations, graphs, force diagrams, chemistry mechanisms, and other problems in real time while the instructor sees exactly where they are getting stuck.
What happens if we need to miss a session?
We understand that things come up.
Sessions may be rescheduled when adequate notice is provided and another time is available.
Because recurring students hold reserved spots on an instructor’s schedule, repeated last-minute cancellations or missed sessions may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Specific scheduling policies are provided at enrollment.
Do unused sessions roll over?
Monthly plans are designed around consistent weekly instruction, so sessions should normally be used within the month they are purchased.
When an instructor needs to reschedule or there is an approved scheduling issue, we will work with the family to make up the session.
Unused sessions are generally not intended to accumulate from month to month.
When am I charged?
Monthly plans are billed automatically each month using the payment method on file.
The recurring payment reserves the student’s place on the instructor’s schedule for the upcoming month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes.
Falcon plans are month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ notice.
Because recurring students hold reserved space on an instructor’s schedule, the notice period gives us time to adjust scheduling and offer that time to another student.
Your student may continue using scheduled sessions during the final paid period.
Can I change plans?
Yes.
A student may need more support during one part of the year and less support later.
Families may move between Weekly and Intensive Support as availability allows.
Students may also temporarily increase support before finals, AP exams, standardized tests, or especially difficult units.
What happens if my student starts needing help in another subject?
You do not necessarily have to start over with another tutoring company.
Because Falcon supports multiple areas of math and science, we can often adjust the student’s support or involve another instructor with the needed expertise.
The goal is for Falcon to understand the student’s bigger academic picture, even as individual courses change.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required.
Falcon plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice for cancellation.
